2145 brick and mortar pizza eatery and specialty coffee will provide a unique culinary experience of the highest quality and also grounded in the clean and raw simplicity of a wabi-sabi style approach. The restaurant will feature a seasonal pizza menu emphasizing locally sourced produce and handmade, Japanese-style dough as well as specialty coffee using techniques from the Melbourne coffee scene. In addition, a carefully curated beer and wine program will be designed in the style of a fine gastro pub. A rotating beer and wine menu, complimentary to the specialty pizzas, will be available on a nightly basis, catering to the demand for a weeknight spot for locals.
